Core | 60th Anniversary Of Cayman Islands Coat Of Arms

On 15th May we celebrated the 60th anniversary of the creation of the Coat of Arms for the Cayman Islands with a special lunch at Core, Clare Smyth MBE’s new dining experience. The debut restaurant in the heart of Notting Hill on Kensington Park Road was the perfect elegant location for the lunch with delicious dishes in her new restaurant. Hosted by N^TH Degree Club, Clare Smyth MBE is featured in the 6th edition of the N^TH Degree Book which was presented to her by Robert Walton MBE.

Guests enjoyed starters of tuna and coconut tartar, pea and mint gougeres, crispy smoked duck wing with burnt orange and spices and foie gras parfait and Madeira, followed by potato and roe, seabass and King crab, roast Challans duck and finished off with Core apple, wild strawberry, warm chocolate tart and chilli plus spiced rum Jelly’s.
