Robert Walton MBE was joined by guests at Indian Accent in Mayfair earlier this month. The award winning restaurant redefines high-end Indian cuisine with its inventive modern dishes created by Executive Chef Manish Mehrotra, whilst keeping faithful to traditionally grounded recipes.
Guests enjoyed a six course chef’s tasting menu including tofu masala with asparagus and shishito pepper, baked cod amritsari with mint boondi, black dairy dal with with yoghurt, paper roast dosa with mushrooms and water chestnuts, sea bream with asparagus, Kerala coconut mouliee, chicken malai tikka with green chilli cream and sugar snap peas.
