Nth Degree launches the year in exceptional style at KOL’s Private Chef’s Table, our first Michelin-starred experience of the year and one of London’s most sought-after dining rooms.
Since opening in 2020, KOL has become a defining name on the capital’s culinary scene. Led by acclaimed Chef Patron Santiago Lastra — whose world-class background includes Noma under René Redzepi and Mugaritz with Andoni Luis Aduriz — the Mayfair restaurant brings Mexican heritage into dialogue with Britain’s finest seasonal produce.
The menu is bold, inventive and deeply expressive, showcasing dishes such as langoustine tacos, butternut squash with sour ants, and mackerel and rhubarb chalupa — a modern Oaxacan take on the corn-based taco. Sustainability, seasonality and wild food sit at the heart of every plate.
Downstairs, the Mezcaleria invites guests to explore mezcal-led cocktails alongside an exceptional selection of small-batch agave spirits and whiskies, earning international acclaim in its own right.
Awarded a Michelin Star in 2022 and retained through to 2026, KOL is currently ranked No. 49 on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants, making it the highest-placed UK restaurant.
