Summer Lunch At Ten Trinity Square With Alpha Club

The annual Alpha Club summer luncheon at Ten Trinity Square featured fabulous food and drink in a superb location with surprise entertainment by the simply amazing Ruthie Henshall, Mazz Murray, Lauren Samuels, Friederike Krum Mezzo Sopranoand Ben Forster. Paul Dabek entertained guests with his stand-up comedy magic routine.

Starters included Dorset Crab in Daikon Rolls with green apple lemon confit and sourdough crisps. The sumptuous main course was Seared Black Angus Beef, oxtail pie truffled celeriac and Bordelaise Sauce. Desert was Guanaja Chocolate Panna Cotta, vanilla poached pear and white balsamic Jell-O. Wines included Chablis Les Chantillons, Domaine Des Hates from Burgundy France 2014 and Lalande-de-Pomerol, Chateau Sirauc from Dordogne France 2010.
