The Michelin Star Revelation at The Hurlingham Club

Earlier this month we were delighted to attend the Michelin Star Revelation on the 7 October at The Hurlingham Club in London.

We caught up with Clare Smyth MBE who’s two Michelin star modern fine dining restaurant, Core in Notting Hill, is one of The N^TH Degree Club’s favourite places in London.

We also congratulated Johannes Nuding of Sketch London who was awarded three Michelin stars that evening.

We enjoyed an English sparkling wine by Nyetimber, non alcoholic drinks from Aecorn and beers from Siba. Our members Difference Coffee served up Panama “Esmeralda” Geisha and Jamaica Blue Mountain. Superior water specialists and The N^TH Degree Club members, Nordaq, kept guests cool with True Taste still and sparkling water. Our partners The Wine Social served up a wine tasting with a supreme selection of wines.

Canapés were prepared by Westminster Kingsway College and included Seared South coast Scallops, ‘JA’ puree and smoked bacon gremolata. Classic Fine Foods served an incredible menu by Chef Walter Ishizuka including Cadoret Flat and Rock Oysters plus desserts by Pastry Chef Denis Dramé MCA.
